TWISTED Stuart Leggate used his dead mother’s name to create a new identity before he abused and murdered eight–year-old Mark Cummings.
Leggate had abused at least four other children and served two jail terms when he started work at SGB in October 2002.
He was officially under police supervision when he murdered Mark and was classed as a ‘high risk’ to children.
But he simply changed his name to Stuart Main, after his mum June, who died in 1997 of a brain haemorrhage.
